CHAPTER 1:
Nagisa falls in love... With a new Teacher!
One day, in the class E classroom, Korosensei cleared his throat and said to the class, happily, " Attention students! Attention please! Today, a new teacher will be teaching you how to defend and strike your opponent. " Karma asked, " But doesn't someone already do that...? " Korosensei said, " You do indeed. But this teacher is an expert at a different type of opponent. An opponent that can use spells and powerful magic. Other beings too... You will be meeting your new instructor outside after this lesson is finished, which is in 16 minutes from now. "
The classmates looked at each other, talking to one another. " Oh! And one more thing, class... " said Korosensei. The class looked back at their teacher in wonder. " Your new instructor is a special person! And has asked me to pick one of you to be the first student to test you for special powers. " Korosensei explains. Suddenly, Nagisa raised his hand, " Um... Sir? " Korosensei said, " Yes, Nagisa? You have a question...? " Nagisa asked, " What do you mean by " test you for special powers... "? "
Korosensei said, " Your instructor is a code mark. Meaning the mark will painlessly scan each of you to see if you have a special power or powers of your own. Who knows? Maybe you will discover a new part of you that you never knew you had! " The class gasped in disbelief. Nagisa gasped, suddenly saying, " A code mark?! " Korosensei and the class looked at him in silence. Karma asked, " You know what a code mark is, Shiota? " Nagisa nods slowly. " I had a dream that a met one today last night... But... It was a strange dream. The code mark was-! " Then Keade said, " I bet he's as handsome as the legends say! A code mark means he's a Royal mark! "
Nagisa looked at his notebook in silence, sadly. Korosensei said, thinking, " Oh! Wait. I wasn't supposed to pick. The instructor was supposed to... I hope whoever your new teacher picks will be happy to have picked you. " 12 minutes passed and it was time to meet the new instructor. The class walked outside to where the instructor was waiting. Nagisa, along with Karma, were slowly walking following them. Karma nudged Nagisa's shoulder and said, " I hope the new instructor picks me for first test! He sounds pretty powerful. But I'll take him on! "
He said, overconfident. Nagisa said, " ... Karma! About the code mark -! " Karma said, not listening, " I heard that he's 17 years old! Just crowned! I hope they'll be able to heal his wounds when I'm through with him! " Nagisa sighs. When they get to the training ground, the other students were staring at the new instructor in shock. Karma asked, one of the students, not able to see the instructor, " What's going on...? Is the guy so ripped that he's striking fear? " One student says, " ... The code mark isn't... A guy... " Karma looked at Nagisa, who was silent. Karma thought this was strange. The other student says, " But she IS 17 years old. " Karma asked, shocked, " SHE?! "
Nagisa was dragged by the arm by an angry Karma, then was smashed against the wall. " Nagisa! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT THE INSTRUCTOR WAS A GIRL?!? " Nagisa suddenly gets mad and kicks Karma off of him, falling to the ground, trying to breathe. " I t-tried! You wouldn't listen! " As soon as Nagisa could breathe, he felt a sudden sensing come to him and grabbed Karma's arm that was coming toward him, like Karma was going to punch him. Nagisa's eyes suddenly faintly turned red at the white parts, underneath his blue eyes, an angry, snake like, hiss escaping Nagisa's lips.
Karma tried to pull his arm back, but couldn't jerk it free from Nagisa's sudden stronger - than - normal grip. Nagisa hissed like a snake again, his eyes still red, and smashed Karma against the wall behind him. Nagisa said, hissing angry, " Next time - LISSSSTEN!! " Suddenly, a gentle tap on his shoulder snapped Nagisa out of his mysterious snake personality. " Great job on that counter, Bud. Said a beautiful voice from behind him. Nagisa turns to see a brunette with brown eyes, smiling kindly at him.
" Hello, My name is Kate! Kate Villanelle Marina. I see ya won your battle against this bub who called me a boy! " Kate angrily looked at Karma. But smiled in forgiveness, " Ah! I can't stay mad at ya. Mostly cause I hate to hold a grudge against people. I'm not like those people... Ya need help getting outta the wall, Mr. ...? " Karma said, " Karma. " Kate said, smiling, " Alright, Karma! By the way, why's your name Karma? And which Karma are ya? Good or bad...? " Karma growls in pain as Kate tried to pull Karma out of the wall!
" Hmm... Looks like I need to call your teacher, what was his name again...? Oh yeah! Korosensei. " Nagisa suddenly spoke, " You know Japanese? " Kate turned to Nagisa, who was behind her. Kate said, her hair in her usual hair style blowing softly in the wind, " Oh! Hi there, Bud! My name is Kate. And I know some Japanese. I can say Japanese names fine! Oh, do you know where Korosensei is...? He IS your teacher, isn't he...? " Nagisa nodded. Kate said, " Oh! Cool! Oh, by the way, are you by any chance... Um... Hang on. "
Kate gets a sheet of paper and reads the name, out loud, " Nagisa Shi- ata...? Sheoa...? Shioba. Wait - that's not a b. That's a t. " Nagisa helps her, chuckling, " Shiota. It's Shiota. " Kate said, smiling, " Alright. I'm gonna call ya, " Nagi " For short! " Kate's hairstyle was a ponytail with two strands of hair on the sides covering her ears. Making her so adorable too the other boys. But in Nagisa's eyes, she was something so much more. Nagisa thinks to himself, " ... She looks like an angel! ... She will be mine ssssoon! " Nagisa's mysterious snake personality came back and Nagisa hissed like a snake, this time quiet in wait... Nagisa was clearly in love with the new instructor. She was the perfect " mate " that Nagisa was looking for.
Nagisa wanted her. His eyes turn red fully this time, watching as Kate walked over to the other students. He hissed like a snake in love. A snake power awakened in Nagisa, waiting for a chance to turn him into a snake, and make Kate his precious mate.
