Yugi's Remembrance! Chapter 1!

Yugi's POV:

I walk down a street, sadly towards a neighborhood. I'm far too reminded about the street I was about to go down. I look at a sign that was rusted as time passed! The sign said, faintly, " Seaview Drive! " I look at the street in front of me, it was being repaired after a rough night of a terrible storm! I was about to go to the house that was in way more damaged shape than the others, but I stop in on my 1st step in heartbreak. I still remember that night, that horrible, heartbreaking night... I remember it all too well! *Flashback* I was in the hotel next to the house, I was in my room... I was thinking of all the times of me, crushing on a victim of the storm that night! I heard thunder and as I look at the storm- lighting flashed in my eyes. I got terrified when I saw lighting blast the roof where my friends, who were sisters, room was. I watched as I heard a scream coming from the room. I went into the house, despite my fears.  The front door was damaged and slightly opened- enough where I could get in! I ran to their room, and saw the roof collapsed on my crush's bed! Her parents were out that night when the storm hit. I was scared that I might have lost her. Her sister, Melo was alright, just a few scraps and a bruised cheek. But Kate was buried alive in the rubble of the roof! I shout her name once as I tried to dig her out. Melo blasted the rubble and I saw her, unconscious and hurt bad! I take her in my arms and said her name softly, but she didn't move... She didn't speak. The door to Kate and Melo's room was in half, the other half was almost off it's hinges! Melo said, sadly, " Yugi... She's gone... " Those words. I didn't want to believe it. Kate wouldn't die just like that! I hold her tight in my arms, beginning to sob. " This can't be happening! This is not happening... It can't... " The storm mysteriously stopped and the light of the moon shined over me and my crush. Even though in death, she was so... So... *sniff* ... i- I'm sorry! I need a minute! * Sobs for a few minutes* Okay... I'm alright now... * End of flashback!* I snap out of my thoughts to a man shouting at me, " Hey! Young man! That house is unstable! Be careful! " I shout back, calm, but hiding my sadness, " Right. I'll be fine... " I hesitantly go in the damaged place, I went in the back, the door was gone! Melo and her stepbrother, James, were taken to the hospital an hour after the storm vanished. Kate... I go over to the hotel, it was not damaged that bad, just a few broken windows and a few cracks. The hotel was abandoned, as was the house next to it. I go inside it, and as I walk in, I go to a elevator and it still works! I expected it to be broken by now, but... It was alright! As I ride the slow elevator, I think about all the times she has ever helped me. Like the day we first met. I was doing a duel with my friend, Joey Wheeler, I won. He sees a girl with brown hair and matching eyes, then he said, tapping my arm, " Hey, Yug! Cute girl! Twelve o clock! " I look at the opposite side of the room, but I wasn't looking at Kate. I thought Joey meant the other girl, who was looking at me, blushing. Joey said, " No, Yug! Your other 12 o'clock! " I asked, " What? My other 12?" Then he said, " Dude, she's right there! " I look at the girl he was pointing to, she was so cute. I think I must have a thing for brunettes! Joey asked me if I didn't want her, he could have a shot with her! Tea said, " She's 8 years old, Joey! She's Yugi's age!" Joey said, not caring, " So what? " To be continued...
